GreenPath Debt Solutions has been providing consumer
credit counseling services since 1961. We’re a non-profit
company that offers customized, personal consumer
credit counseling services to help ease financial pressures.
We don’t loan you money – we help you lower debt wisely
with the money you have.

CCCS Offerings
GreenPath Debt Solutions offers the following consumer credit counseling
services (CCCS):
 Offers
free counseling, free customized budgets, and free action plans.
- Negotiates repayment plans with your creditors
on your behalf. We work with ALL types of debt --- including car
loans, home mortgages, credit cards, medical bills, etc.
- Is able to lower interest rates, waive late and
overlimit fees, stop collection calls, and re-age delinquent credit
card debts.
- Consolidates all your creditor payments into one
convenient deposit to us. We pay your creditors immediately upon
receiving your deposit.
- Negotiates forbearance agreements to prevent home
foreclosure.
- Negotiates extensions to prevent repossession
and utility shutoff.
- Provides you with your personal credit report
and helps you understand it.
- Provides convenient service over the phone or
in-person at one of our 38 branch offices.
- Employs professional counselors. All are certified
and have earned at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Creates programs that are personalized --- geared
to your debt situation, income and lifestyle.
- Guarantees confidentiality.
- Offers immediate assistance.
- Is accredited by the Council
on Accreditation. And we’re members of the Better Business
Bureau and the National Foundation for Credit Counseling.
